Auf Grundlage der DELEGIERTEN VERORDNUNG (EU) 2019/907 der Europäischen Kommission vom 14. März 2019 zur Festlegung einer gemeinsamen Prüfung der Ausbildung von Skilehrern gemäß Artikel 49b der Richtlinie 2005/36/EG des Europäischen Parlaments und des Rates vom 7. September 2005 über die Anerkennung von Berufsqualifikationen, lädt die Fakultät für Sport- und Gesundheitswissenschaften der Technischen Universität München und der Deutsche Skilehrerverband zum EU Technical Test in Deutschland ein.

Anmeldung
Es stehen max. 48 Startplätze zur Verfügung, die Anmeldung zum Technical Test ist nur online möglich. Anmeldschluss ist der 26.02.2024.
Teilnahmegebühr
Die Teilnahmegebühr beträgt € 120,00 zzgl. Liftpass (€ 41,00). Der Liftpass kann vor Ort bei der Anreise gegen Bargeld erworben werden. Als Kaution für die Startnummer ist ein Betrag von € 20,00 in bar bei der Startnummernausgabe zu hinterlegen.

Teilnahmebedingungen
Für das Vertragsverhältnis zwischen dem Deutschen Skilehrerverband (DSLV) und den Teilnehmern gelten, zusätzlich zu den allgemeinen Teilnahmebedingungen des Deutschen Skilehrerverbandes, folgende Vorgaben:
- Die TeilnehmerInnen haben sich fristgerecht anzumelden. Eine spätere Anmeldung steht unter dem Vorbehalt der ausdrücklichen Genehmigung der Teilnahme durch den DSLV.
- Die Teilnehmer haben dem DSLV eine Bestätigung des Ausbildungsverbandes über die staatliche Berufsausbildung vorzulegen.
- Die Teilnahme ist nur bei Nachweis der vollständigen und fristgerechten Zahlung der Teilnahmegebühr möglich. Der DSLV kann für Missbräuche bei der Anmeldung nicht zur Haftung gezogen werden.
- Die TeilnehmerInnen erklären sich damit einverstanden, dass ihre Daten auchautomationsunterstützt (EDV) beim DSLV bearbeitet, an die zentrale Datenbank weitergegeben werden.

Haftungsfreistellung
Meine Teilnahme erfolgt auf eigene Gefahr. Mir ist bewusst, dass ich durch meine Teilnahme an diesem Eurotest ein erhöhtes Risiko eingehe. Ich erkläre durch meine Unterschrift ausdrücklich, dass ich den Veranstalter von jeglicher Haftung meiner Person gegenüber freistelle. Dies trifft insbesondere auf allfällige Schadenersatzansprüche gegenüber dem Veranstalter bei einer erlittenen Schädigung, vor, während und nach dem Eurotest zu. Weiters nehme ich zur Kenntnis, dass meine persönliche Schadenersatzpflicht nicht durch den Veranstalter versichert ist. Das bedeutet, dass bei einer Schädigung einer dritten Person durch meine Teilnahme ich für diesen Schaden selbst aufkommen muss. Ebenso nehme ich zur Kenntnis, dass während der gesamten Dauer der Veranstaltung für meine Person kein Unfallversicherungsschutz und kein Krankenversicherungsschutz besteht.
Eidesstattliche Erklärung
Ich bestätige mit meiner Anmeldung, dass mir bewusst ist, dass der Eurotest im alpinen Gelände stattfindet und damit mögliche Gefahren für Körper und Geist verbunden sind. Ich bestätige eidesstattlich, dass ich an keiner Krankheit bzw. irgendwelchen körperlichen Beschwerden leide und ich mich in einer ausgezeichneten körperlichen Verfassung befinde. Meine körperliche Eignung für die Teilnahme am Eurotest im hochalpinen Gelände ist gegeben. Ich nehme zur Kenntnis, dass der Veranstalter keine Haftung über allfällig auf-tretende körperliche Beschwerden - dies gilt auch für auftretende Folgeschäden - aufgrund meiner Teilnahme übernimmt. Meine Teilnahme erfolgt auf eigene Gefahr. Ich verweise diesbezüglich ausdrücklich auf meine Haftungsfreizeichnung für den Veranstalter.

On the base of DELEGATED REGULATION (EU) 2019/907 of the European Commission from March 14th, 2019 establishing a common training test for ski instructors under Article 49b of Directive 2005/36/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of

- The participants have to provide the DSLV with a confirmation of the state vocational training from the training association.
- The participants have to register in time. A later registration is possible under the condition that the participation has been confirmed explicitly by the DSLV.
- Participation is only possible if proof of complete and timely payment of the participation fee. The DSLV cannot be held responsible for abuses during registration.
- The participants agree that their personnel data may also be used for computer-aided (EDP) at the DSLV and also to the central Eurotest Database can be passed on.

Release from liability
My participation is at my own risk. I am aware that I am taking an increased risk by participating in this Eurotest, respectively Training Technical Test. I expressly declare by my signature that I release the organizer from any liability towards me. This applies in particular to any claims for damages against
the organizer in the event of damage suffered before, during and after the Eurotest.
Furthermore, I acknowledge that my personal liability for damages is not insured by the organizer. This means that in the event of damage to a third person as a result of my participation, I must pay for this damage myself. I also take note of the fact that there is
no accident insurance and no health insurance coverage for me during the entire duration
of the event.
Declaration on oath
I confirm with my signature that I am aware that the Technical Test takes place in alpine terrain
and that there are possible dangers for body and mind connected with it. I confirm on oath that I do not suffer from any illness or physical ailment and that I am in excellent physical condition. I am physically fit to participate in the Eurotest in high alpine terrain. I take note that the organizer does not assume any liability for possible physical complaints - this also
applies to consequential damages - due to my participation. My participation is at my own risk. I refer in this regard expressly to my release from liability for the organizer.
